Top 100 Management Conference
The project was commissioned to deliver a 3 day themed conference with the key task of creating a single HIGHLY motivated senior management team for the Findus Group from across Europe, across all markets and functions

• ‘Get Fresh in Marrakech’
• 5* Kenzi Menara Hotel, Transfers and Flight logistics
• Registration web portal, corporate video, stings and showreels
• 3 Production set changes to create Hot to Frozen environments each day focussing on a different area of the business
  • Red Moroccan Palace with hot, spicy, smoky, red decor, snake charmers, camel and local dancing troop
  • White Palace – bubbles, cool white environment
  • Blue Ice Cave – with Eskimos and husky dogs, snow and ice blocks flown in!
• T-shirts for day and Moroccan robes for night provided each day to the delegates to create the feeling of being ‘One Team’ in the relevant colour to the day
• Each evening themed: Red Poolside Souk Market set up with Firedancers and Acrobats, White horse Cavaliers, camels and décor at Kasbah Tassarout Fort Dinner and Blue Pool Gala Dinner at Pacha Crystal with blue draped décor, icebergs, Ice Maiden stilt walkers, Blue Men and a band
• Team Building sessions:
  • Interactive Moroccan Drumming, then split into teams and briefed to deliver the best chant, drum beat and dance to perform at the end of dinner;
  • Souk to Cook Activity – teams had to create a new Findus product by utilising local ingredients from the souk and combine with a Findus protein to create a Moroccan dish with the help of Findus Chefs and, in addition, were judged on their packaging, marketing and pricing plans for the product
  • Strategic and Vision workshop sessions
